What A Great Time For Reflection

As the year comes to an end, it's a wonderful time to look back over the last year and reflect. I think of the many blessings that came my way. So many gifts have moved me forward along my path over this past year. So many lessons learned. I'm not the person I was a year ago and I appreciate all the things that presented themselves so that I might grow as a person. I'm thinking about winter solstice and the energy one can feel at this time of year. It's all so very exciting to feel this Universal pull towards healing, love and light. What a wonderful time of year. I tend to use this time of year to prepare for the new year that's fast approaching. I straighten up, move things around, clean and get ready. :) I reflect back and also think of what I want to accomplish in this next year. It's like turning the page and moving forward toward a new adventure. Setting a tentative plan, being ever mindful to be flexible, should things move in another direction along the way, at least there is a plan. LOL Ringing out the old and welcoming the new. Taking all the lessons learned this year along to meet the many lessons of the coming year as new experiences will play out. It's all so exciting to experience each stage of life's journey. We never know what's around the corner now do we? Learning to adjust, adapt and move through it, holding tight to the magic of it all is the delicious part of the entire culmination of all the years traveled in one's lifetime. We are at the brink of a new chapter. I'll be spending the next days enjoying the Holiday Season and planning for the coming year.
