Spinning In The Same Spot, Again And Again
Have you ever felt like you just keep going around and around in the same circle or cycle on certain areas of life? When it comes to our attention that we are traveling in a cycle and it isn't productive for our progress, then it quite possibly could be time to break that cycle. Recognizing the cycle(s)that need to be broken is in itself is a huge step. Then comes the work to break that cycle, like a bad habit that no longer serves us. There are many cycles one call fall into. There is the abuse cycle, the victim cycle, the gossip cycle, the jealousy cycle and yes even the political view and religion cycles where one tries to sway another to their way of thinking and then both go around and around trying to convince the other that their position is the correct one. So many cycles that don't do a lick of good to ones life path and leave a person standing in negative energy again and again until they work to break the cycle, choosing to move on in a more positive direction. Breaking a negative cycle can leave us feeling more confident, and can be very self empowering to have made it outside the familiar cycle we were in. How refreshing. When we become sick and tired of playing the game of a cycle, we are then ready to alter our course. Like dropping a bad habit, this will take time and we will have to focus on our reactions to things that would have thrown us right into our 'cycle' and pull from our inner strength not to go there this time. Arguments tend to go round and round like this. The same pattern, the same result, that's a cycle. To get a new and different, more positive outcome one must see a new path to walk down when in these cycle situations and try a new and improved reaction to get different results. In some cycles a person needs to walk away, step out of the circle all together. vowing never to return to such a space because it's causing far to much harm to remain in that cycle. We do have the power to break cycles. It will take concentrated effort, but we gain great rewards once we've broken negative cycles that aren't serving our higher good. We're definitely worth the effort we put into breaking the cycles and stepping out of that spinning spot to move forward in a positive direction. Sending wishes that you find peace in your day. Love and Light, Judi
